My clients are my boss! They tell me what type of home they want and need, then I show them what they can realistically afford. I never want anyone to buy more home than they can fit in their budget. I have probably talked people out of buying homes, I am Not in Las Vegas real estate for the money, I am in it, because I care about people and want them happy! I am an agent that helps you make the American Dream of owning a house a reality, not just buy a house and get foreclosed in 2 months. No thank you, I am on my clients side to get a quality home at a price they can realistically afford, not just on paper. I do NOT do fake documents, that is called loan fraud, which is a Federal offense. I love my freedom.                                     

     I have over 9 years of working in real estate, mostly residential, although I have closed a few commercial deals. I always do my best to make sure my clients are happy. I want to be your REALTOR® for life, + I will earn it or die trying! 

    Although I am not a certified inspector, I served as an IBEW Local 134 Chicago electrician for 15 years. I do try to "suggest" what I feel is right or wrong with the subject property, make sure X is checked out more. My motto is if I wouldn't sell it to my Mom, I wouldn't sell it to you! Also I was brought up around construction and real estate all my life, my Dad was an IBEW electrician for 40+ years and did some real estate. My uncle Lenny was a real estate agent for 40+ years.

Next week, Pending Home Sales will be released on Monday. Durable Orders, an important indicator of economic growth, will come out on Wednesday. The final revisions to fourth quarter GDP will be released on Thursday. The Fed's preferred inflation measure, the Core PCE price index, will come out on Friday, along with Chicago PMI Manufacturing and Personal Income. Consumer Confidence and Consumer Sentiment will round out a busy week. In addition, there will be Treasury auctions on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
